SARAJEVO/BANJA LUKA, March 12 (Hina) - The international community's High Represewntative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Paddy Ashdown, on Wednesday condemned the assassination of Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic, describing it as an attack on
all elected officials in the region.

Premier Zoran Djindjic, describing it as an attack on all elected

Ashdown told reporters in Banja Luka that regardless of the fact
that he did not yet receive all information on the circumstances and
reasons of Djindjic's assassination, he could only condemn the
act.
Elected officials must be respected and an attack on any of them is
an attack on all, Ashdown said immediately upon receiving
information about the assassination of the Serbian prime minister.
Ashdown also extended condolences to Djindjic's family.
