ZAGREB, March 13 (Hina) - The Croatian Homeland War veterans'
ministry is not implementing amendments to the law on the rights of
veterans adopted last October, which should have started being

association of 100% military invalids of war. #L#
The amendments restored the rights for 100% invalids to individual
medical care and the right to a personal nurse, but the ministry
still has not issued any decisions to that effect, Glogoski told
reporters.
He expressed dissatisfaction with the way in which war invalids
were being tested. He said it was humiliating because this
represented a lack of trust in invalids, doctors or commanders who
had signed reports on circumstances under which they were wounded
in the war.
