American President George W. Bush announced his intention to
appoint Frank ambassador to Croatia, This announcement had been
accepted as an indication that Croatia has already accepted Frank
as ambassador to the country.
Frank now needs to be confirmed by the Senate where he will undergo a
hearing. If the Senate gives a green light to his appointment, of
which there is no doubt, according to sources at the State
Department, President Bush will put down his signature appointing
Frank to his new post.
