BELGRADE, March 6 (Hina) - In continuation of its first sitting on Thursday, the parliament of Serbia and Montenegro adopted by majority vote a law on the election and recall of the head of state in its first reading. #L# Under the law, the candidate who wins the majority of 126 votes in parliament is elected president on condition he receives the majority of votes in each member-state. The only candidate for the first president of Serbia-Montenegro is Svetozar Marovic, a vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists, led by Montenegro's Premier Milo Djukanovic.
