Contentious issues from a bill of amendments to the labour act, and
agreement on temporary employment and representation of workers in
supervisory committees were the main topics of the four-hour
meeting of the tripartite task force.
The joint task force will continue its work on Wednesday by
discussing severance pays, notices of dismissal, compensation
decisions and other supporting laws and regulations, the
government said in a statement last night.
