If temporary employment has been an exception so far and permanent
employment has been a rule, from now on the underprivileged
position of women will be a rule and their dignified status an
exception.
"With the help of legal regulations employers will get rid of their
concerns regarding maternity leave, frequent cases of sick-leave
due to child illnesses and similar problems which so far have served
as a test of their social sensitivity and care for the least
protected and most underprivileged part of the society," the union
warned.
