meeting and the resumption of negotiations, justifying its refusal
by its respect for the government's decision to introduce a
compulsory work order under which doctors had to go back to work.

The union's leader, Ivica Babic, responded to Health Minister Andro
Vlahusic that the HLS was willing to continue the negotiations, but
was not able to come to the meeting at noon because of the duration
of the compulsory work order.
