The opportunity to put on trial those who committed crimes in the
past war was missed in October 2000 after the removal of Milosevic's
regime, Kostunica told Radio B92, stressing that perpetrators "on
all sides" had to be prosecuted for crimes.
Vojislav Seselj, who was accused of war crimes committed in Croatia
and Bosnia-Herzegovina from 1991 to 1993, this morning left for The
Hague aboard a regular flight and turned himself in to the
tribunal.
