"Should the state continue to practice an obligatory, mass and
collective testing of war veterans using this test, we will
consider it as one of the moves by the war veterans' ministry and the
government aimed at re-victimising Homeland War victims," Budisa
told a news conference.
He believes the methods are the result of the continued negative
relations of the ministry towards Croatia's war veterans.
The Croatian Defence Ministry has decided to introduce the U.S.
test as a means to establish the mental condition of war veterans.
The test has caused considerable public controvery.
