PRISTINA, Feb 18 (Hina) - One of four Kosovo Albanians, indicted by the Hague-based UN war crimes tribunal, on Tuesday called the Kosovo RTV station from Austria where he was temporarily staying and said he would turn himself in to
the UN court. ## Fatmir Limaj, an official of the second strongest Albanian party in the province -- the Democratic Party of Kosovo led by Hashim Thaqi -- last Friday left Kosovo for a business trip. Limaj, who is in a group of four Albanians accused of war crimes, said he had learnt from reports in the media that he had been indicted by the ICTY. On Monday, international police troops in Kosovo nabbed the other three men from that group charged with the abuse and killing of prisoners -- Serb and Albanian civilians -- kept at Lapusnik jail near Glogovac in 1998.
