ZAGREB, Jan 21 (Hina) - Former Serbian President Milan Milutinovic will enter his plea before the Hague-based U.N. war crimes tribunal on Monday, the ICTY reported on Tuesday.

Milutinovic, who surrendered to the Hague tribunal on Monday, is
indicted for the persecution of more than 800,000 Albanians from
Kosovo in 1999.
He is accused along with a former Yugoslav vice premier, Nikola
Sainovic, and a former Yugoslav Army chief-of-staff, Dragoljub
Ojdanic, who have been in detention for almost a year and are
waiting for a trial.
