The main hearing was postponed due to the health problems of Tihomir
Oreskovic, the first on the indictment.
On trial are Tihomir Oreskovic, Ivica Rozic, Mirko Norac, Stjepan
Grandic and Milan Canic who are indicted for war crimes against
civilians in the Gospic region in the autumn of 1991. In the
current, final stage of the trial the defendants will be able to
present their defence. Rozic and Canic have waived that right so
their testimony from an investigating procedure was read out.
