BELGRADE, Feb 16 (Hina) - The US administration has postponed its

continue receiving US help, Radio B92 reported on Sunday. #L#
Assistance funds to Serbia and Montenegro total US$140 million, the
main condition for granting them being the country's cooperation
with the U.N. war crimes tribunal in The Hague, including the
tribunal's investigators being granted access to witnesses and
archives, the hand-over of the accused, and assistance in their
apprehension.
The president of the parliament's Council of Citizens, Dragoljub
Micunovic, who last week talked with US officials in Washington,
told Radio B92 there were several reasons for the postponement of
the decision, and he believed that Serbia and Montenegro would meet
all the criteria by June 15.
"This is the time we have been given to stabilise the new federal
institutions and I believe that it also has to do with requests for
the development of civil and parliamentary control over the army,"
Micunovic said.
