Having arrived in Dalj, Stanisic "arrogantly and angrily asked all
those present why Vukovar still hadn't fallen", but received no
answer, said the witness.
He added Stanisic and local Serb leaders had held a long meeting.
At one point the witness said of himself that at the time of the
events in question he had been an interior ministry secretary and
that later he continued to work in the Croatian police.
