Over the last several days, the U.N. war crimes tribunal's
prosecution has been introducing evidence on war crimes committed
in the regions of Vukovar and Dubrovnik.
The ex-Yugoslav president is indicted for crimes against humanity
in Croatia in 1991 and 1992.
In the said period Agotic, who was then a Lieutenant Colonel of the
Croatian Armed Forces General Staff, took part in negotiations on a
truce with a representative of the former Yugoslav government's
National Defence Federal Secretariat, General Andrija Raseta.
Negotiations were conducted for months under the auspices of the
European Community.
