Kajin says he opposes the privatisation of Croatian companies by
foreign investments if there were such people in some companies or
in the government "who guarantee the success with their material
position."
If there are such persons in Croatia who, taking over such
responsibility, can make progress in Suncani Hvar over six years
which Slovenia's Terme Catez offers to do in three years' period,
they should be given a chance, Kajin said.
The IDS leader also wonders why none of serious foreign investors is
interested in investing in Croatia.
Citizens are frustrated and embittered by the fact that 90 percent
of processes in the ownership transformation have been deception,
Kajin said adding that no headway has been made since the incumbent
authorities took power in January 2000.
