employees who reveal information of public interest, i.e. publicly

The party has proposed the bill due to what it describes as lack of
efficient prosecution of corruption and white-collar crime and the
harassment of employees who reveal information about criminal
activities.
The bill was forwarded into parliamentary procedure yesterday.
