ZAGREB, Jan 22 (Hina) - Croatia's participation as partner country at international tourism fairs in Austria and Germany last and this week is significant for its tourism as it demonstrates confidence, a good standing on those two
markets, and the possibility of an increased number of arrivals from there, a minister said.

Speaking about Croatia's presentation at fairs in Vienna and
Stuttgart, Tourism Minister Pave Zupan Ruskovic said on Wednesday
Austrian and German tourist workers estimated Croatia might be
among the winners on those markets this year again, especially in
Germany.
Announcements for the summer season are good from Austria as well,
said the minister. Austrians demonstrated their confidence in
Croatia's tourism at Ferien 2003 fair also by deciding to hold the
annual congress of Austria's association of travel agencies in
Dubrovnik in October, she added.
