The plane was supposed to take off at 7.30 a.m. but was delayed owing
to dense fog in both Belgrade and Geneva.
Milutinovic arrived at Surcin airport at seven this morning. He was
escorted by security to a Yugoslav government plane, past numerous
journalists and photographers, even though it had been announced he
would fly aboard a regular national carrier flight.
