The two men, Oliver Ivanovic and Gojko Savic, are representatives
of the Povratak (Return) coalition, which has announced it will
hold a meeting with the local U.N. civil administrator, Michael
Steiner, and senior officials from Belgrade to reach a final
decision on the participation of 22 Serb minority representatives
in the work of Kosovo's parliament, which they have been boycotting
since November 8.
Observers in Kosovo have noted that the return of Serb deputies to
the Kosovo parliament might be a very complex issue, particularly
due to the fact that it may be used by Serb politicians to square
accounts among themselves.
