MOSTAR, Dec 11 (Hina) - Banja Luka Bishop Franjo Komarica said onSaturday that only 12,000 Croats out of the 220,000 who had lived inthe area before the 1990s war had returned to the Bosnian Serb entityto date.
MOSTAR, Dec 11 (Hina) - Banja Luka Bishop Franjo Komarica said on Saturday that only 12,000 Croats out of the 220,000 who had lived in the area before the 1990s war had returned to the Bosnian Serb entity to date.

Speaking at a press conference in the entity's capital, he once again accused the international community, the authorities in Bosnia's two entities as well as in Croatia of not having the political will to assist the return of the displaced to Bosnia-Herzegovina as well as to the entire region.

The Catholic bishop backed his claims by stating that 13,000 displaced Catholics accommodated in Switzerland in 1996 had wanted to return to prewar homes, but decided against it once it was established that conditions for the return did not exist.
