ZAGREB, Nov 16 (Hina) - Croatia's Minister of the Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development, Bozidar Kalmeta, and Bosnia's Minister for Human Rights and Refugees, Mirsad Kebo, met in Zagreb on Tuesday to discuss the return of refugees to both countries, the Croatian ministry said in a statement.

The two ministers agreed to solve the issue of refugee return by advancing cooperation.

They agreed on the exchange of information on refugees residing in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia. Kebo said that the process of re-registration and revision of the status of refugees from Croatia was under way in Bosnia.

The Bosnian delegation expressed gratitude to Croatia for help in the reconstruction of houses belonging to returnees to Bosnia-Herzegovina and stressed the importance of the return of Croat refugees, especially to Bosnia's northern Sava river region and the area of Banja Luka.

The Bosnian minister informed Kalmeta about the ongoing process of application for the reconstruction of houses and flats and return to Bosnia, calling on Bosnian refugees to exercise their right to return.

Kalmeta informed his guests about progress in the creation of conditions for refugee returns, the reconstruction of houses, flats, infrastructure and religious facilities, property repossession, housing accommodation, and a programme of housing accommodation for former tenancy rights holders.
