the so-called socially-owned flats. Thepresentation, held at a news conference, was organised by the UN HighCommissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the northwestern Bosnian city ofBanja Luka.

Minister Lovre Pejkovic on Thursday presented a plan for the implementation of
a law regulating provision of accommodation for former holders of tenancy
rights in the so-called socially-owned flats. The presentation, held at a news
conference, was organised by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in
the northwestern Bosnian city of Banja Luka.Pejkovic said that the law referred to all persons who had lost their
property during the war and were now residing either in Croatia or in other
former Yugoslav countries.
All interested parties can apply for accommodation until the end of this
year. Persons who live outside Croatia can submit their applications to UNHCR
offices and Croatian embassies and consulates, Pejkovic said.
