ZAGREB, Nov 12 (Hina) - The Council for the Civilian Control of Security Services on Friday reached conclusions about the complaint filed by journalist Helena Puljiz and sent them to the parliamentary committee on home affairs and national security, which is due to consider them on Tuesday, council chairman Vlatko Cvrtila told the press.

He said he expected the committee to take a position on the case within eight days, as usual.

Cvrtila dismissed claims from parts of the opposition that the council served politics and not the public.

He also dismissed claims that the Puljiz case was being procrastinated deliberately or that anyone had exerted political pressure on the council.

Puljiz lodged a complaint with the Council for the Civilian Control of Security Services, claiming that she was interrogated by the Counterintelligence Agency, which she said blackmailed her and offered her cooperation.
