ZAGREB, Nov 10 (Hina) - Croatian Supreme Court President Ivica Crnic istaking part in a conference of supreme court presidents of fivecountries which joined the EU in May which is being held in Slovakia,the Croatian Supreme Court said
in a statement on Wednesday.
ZAGREB, Nov 10 (Hina) - Croatian Supreme Court President Ivica Crnic
is taking part in a conference of supreme court presidents of five countries
which joined the EU in May which is being held in Slovakia, the Croatian
Supreme Court said in a statement on Wednesday.The the conference, which is being held near Bratislava, will focus on
the role supreme courts in disciplinary procedures against judges and the tole
of the highest state courts in administrative cases, the statement said.
This is the fifth meeting of the Permanent Conference which includes the
supreme court president from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and
Slovenia. Crnic was the only one who attended the conference as a special
guest from a non-EU country, the statement said.
