The unions propose that their salaries be raised by 20 percent so that they could be adjusted to salaries in other sectors and to prevent their lagging behind salaries in public services.
They propose that the basis for annual rewards be 2,000 kuna, for children gifts 600 kuna and for the Christmas bonus 1,500 kuna.
The unions also requested talks on regulations on coefficients, special work conditions and rewards for outstanding performance.
