He added, however, that despites those successes, Croatia would not join NATO as long as Gotovina remained at large. He said Gotovina should see that too.
Tus visited the NATO headquarters yesterday to deliver Croatia's third national annual plan of obligations it will meet in the next 12 months, said Jutarnji List.
Over the next year the political leadership must decide how to keep the promise that it will deal with Article 7 of the Constitution, which envisages that a two-thirds parliamentary majority is required to send Croatian troops abroad, the daily said.
