Mesic, who took part in a conference organised by the Croatian Employers' Association (HUP) and the Croatian-Austrian Chamber of the Economy in Zagreb on Thursday, said he would personally advocate the adoption of the said law.
He believes that employee ownership and participation in decision-making are the best model for developing human potentials and establishment of good relations between the labour and the capital.
Several Croatian and Austrian business people also addressed the one-day conference.
