The event was formally opened by Culture Minister Bozo Biskupic, and the opening ceremony was attended by Mimara Museum Director Tugomir Luksic, the head of the Iranian Organisation for Islamic Cultural Relations, Dr Mahmood Araghi, Iranian Ambassador Jafar Shamsian, Iranian National Museum Director Dr Mohammad Reza Kargar, and the author of the exhibition, archeologist Zahra Jafar Mohammadi of the Iranian National Museum.
The exhibition was organised by the Iranian National Museum, Mimara Museum and the Iranian Cultural Centre in Zagreb.
