BELGRADE, April 12 (Hina) - The session of the parliament of the state community of Serbia-Montenegro, which was previously scheduled for Tuesday (13 April), has been postponed for Friday, the parliament's chairman Zoran Sami said on Monday.#L# The replacement of the current ministers of foreign affairs and defence, Goran Svilanovic and Boris Tadic respectively, is likely to be one of the topics of the next session of the Assembly of Serbia-Montenegro. If the agreement on the matter which the republics of Serbia and Montenegro previously concluded, remains in effect, Svilanovc and Tadic should be replaced by Vuk Draskovic, the leader of the Serb Renewal Party (SPO) and Prvoslav Davinic of the G17 Plus. The constitutional charter of Serbia-Montenegro, however, stipulates that one republic of this state community cannot have its representative at the helm of both ministries simultaneously. Previous governments of the two republics agreed on the exception from the rule, and, consequently, Svilanovic and Tadic, both from Serbia, became ministers of foreign affairs and defence. Last week, two parties in Montenegro -- the Social Democratic Party led by Ranko Krivokapic and the Democratic Party of Socialists led by Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic -- failed to agree on the issue. The SDP of Montenegro is against Serbia having both ministers at the state level. (Hina) ms
