Presenting an annual report on the Stabilisation and Association
process and a draft document on European partnership at a session of
the Serbia-Montenegro Council on European Integration in Belgrade on
Wednesday, Geoffrey Barrett also pointed to some unsolved issues
important for the continuation of reforms and success on the road to
the European Union.
These are the need to make the country functional, the harmonisation
of economic systems in the country, the need to carry out
international commitments and act on recommendations made by European
experts.
