Apart from infrastructure projects in water-supply and energetics, the
Croatian economic delegation's interest in Jordan is the establishment
of joint companies and a joint approach to third markets.
Later today Mesic is due to visit what is probably Jordan's biggest
tourist attraction, Petra, a city old at least 2,500 years.
On Sunday, Mesic will meet Jordanian King Abdullah II and Prime
Minister Faisal El-Fayez and take part in a Jordanian-Croatian
economic forum.
Jordan is the last step of Mesic's Arabian tour, which also took him
to Qatar and Syria.
