PODGORICA, March 18 (Hina) - Political parties of ethnic Albanians in Montenegro accuse Serbia and its official policy of the eruption of violence in Kosovo. They said the policy "clearly speaks of ethnic hatred and poses a risk for

The leader of the Democratic Alliance of Albanians in Montenegro (DS),
Mehmet Bardhi, believes that "Serbian Premier Vojislav Kostunica's
statements on the 'Serbian province of Kosovo' represent unrealistic
hegemonic illusions".
A lasting solution for Kosovo can be found only through direct talks
between Belgrade and Pristina, with the international community as the
mediator, said Predrag Sekulic, spokesman for Montenegro's ruling
Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).
