for employees in the Ministry and the Armed Forces.#L#
The trade union of state and local civil servants, the independent
trade union of civil aviation employees and the union of military
employees told a news conference they did not accept the decision by
Defence Minister Berislav Roncevic to revoke the decision on the 15
percent wage increase. The unionists do not hold the minister
responsible but the ministry's secretariat, which misinformed Roncevic
so the decision he made had no legal foundation.
