A large number of trials against Bosnian Serbs was completed, del
Ponte said, adding that only eight or nine more indictments would be
issued, but against members of the other two peoples in Bosnia.
Del Ponte said that there was absolute political will on the part of
the international community to arrest former Bosnian Serb leader
Radovan Karadzic.
The Stabilisation Force (SFOR) is doing all it can to arrest Karadzic
and he will most probably be arrested this year, she said, adding that
there were people within Bosnia's state intelligence service who were
protecting Karadzic.
