Babic's appearance was scheduled to take place early this afternoon,
but was subsequently removed from the court schedule. There has been
no information on the reasons.
Babic's attorney Peter Michael Mueller said last November that his
client might plea-bargain with the tribunal and enter a plea of
guilty.
