DC official refutes report on his party's merger with HDZ

ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - Democratic Centre (DC) vice president Josko Moric on Tuesday refuted a media report saying that the party would unite with the ruling Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ).

There will be no merger with the HDZ, Moric said at a news conference dismissing the report in a political weekly.

The DC is one of the HDZ's partners in the ruling coalition.
