The ratification was supported by all the clubs of parliamentary parties, that expressed confidence that the loan of 31 million euros would help the entire project, which will cost 45.6 million euros.
The repayment period is 15 years with a grace period of three years.
The Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) will also donate the project with 1.6 million euros, while the Croatian government is expected to ensure an additional 14 million euros for this purpose in the next five years.
