VUKOVAR, Nov 8 (Hina) - The Executive Committee of the Independent
Democratic Serb Party (SDSS) is not a priori against rejecting the party's
agreement with the government, but wants all Croatian citizens to live a good
life in equality and tolerance, committee chairman Boro Rkman said in a
statement on Tuesday. "Cancelling the agreement was initiated by the
SDSS town branch in Vukovar. In the debate at the Executive Committee, members
from other parts of Croatia voiced similar positions," read the statement.
It added this was regular procedure in which lower party bodies, taking
into account the opinion of party members in the form of suggestions, demands
and conclusions, move proposals to higher party bodies.
