The publication contains works by ten prominent Croatian experts in international criminal law. It was published by the Zagreb Law School at the initiative of Ivo Josipovic as editor of the book.
The book, published in English, contains three sections - on general issues of international criminal law, on Croatian and international criminal courts, and on excerpts from Croatian legislation.
This collection of works offers a complete overview of international courts, their relationship with Croatian courts and a collection of relevant legislative norms adopted recently in Croatia, said Supreme Court judge and president of the Association for Criminal Sciences and Practice, Damir Kos.
