Albanian-language media in Kosovo have reported of armed and masked groups in western Kosovo, calling themselves the Army for the Liberation of Kosovo, which stop vehicles and people.
The KFOR and the police are intensively looking for such groups, which are assumed to be comprised of Kosovars.
