He will hold talks with Kosovo officials, representatives of political parties as well as officials of the international community. He will tour to the city of Mitrovica which is divided into the northern part populated by Serbs and southern populated by Albanians. Ambassador Marc Perrin de Brichambault took office of the OSCE Secretary-General in June.
