Jarnjak told reporters that the draft made a clear distinction between anti-fascism and the Communist ideology and crimes committed under that ideology, although it did not explicitly mention communist crimes.
He said that the draft did not contain any concrete measures such as the equating of World War II antifascist fighters' rights with those of disabled Homeland War veterans, as suggested by the Istrian Democratic Party (IDS).
He added that several articles of the draft dealt with this issue, declining to reveal any details.
The draft declaration has also been sent to the third member of the group, Valter Poropat of the IDS.
The draft will be discussed on Tuesday by clubs of parliamentary deputies, after which it will be agreed on by the clubs' heads.
