It is the wish of delegations of EU member-countries that the start of Croatia's accession talks be discussed at the summit on Tuesday and Wednesday, Plassnik told reporters at a news conference she held with Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schuessel in Vienna on Monday.
The Luxembourg EU presidency on Saturday stated that the start of Croatia's accession talks had not been included in the summit's agenda but that an informal discussion about the issue was not ruled out. However, the change of the decision on the start of the talks will not be discussed, the EU presidency said.
