ZAGREB, March 10 (Hina) - The Croatian government drafted amendments to the law on court registry so that entrepreneurs can in the future receive receipts on their listing in a court registry within 15 days, Justice Minister Vesna Skare Ozbolt said after the government's session on Thursday.

Those changes, together with the One Stop Shop project, will accelerate entry of companies into court registries, she said.

Following objections to a recently adopted decree on conditions for the stay of foreign yachts and boats in Croatia's marinas, the Ivo Sanader cabinet today modified it so that the lists of persons staying aboard those vessels can be submitted to local authorities gradually.

Besides, persons who are aboard boats or yachts only while they anchor in ports or on anchorages will not be listed as guests.

The number of persons who can be on those vessels was also increased by 30 percent.

The government sent a cross-border traffic and cooperation agreement it signed with Bosnia Herzegovina in 2003 to parliament for ratification.

The government also greenlighted the launching the conclusion of a police cooperation agreement with France, and appointed a delegation that would conduct negotiations on the matter.
