A total of 1.2 million euros was invested in this equipment, produced by the Norwegian ProCapture company. The funds for this purpose were donated by the Norwegian government.

Norwegian Ambassador Knut Toraasen, who was present at Sisak's ceremony, said that since the end of the war in Croatia, his country had earmarked about 730 million kuna for mine removal operations, help to mine victims as well as economic and social revitalisation projects.
