Mesic will also meet the President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, European Parliament President Josep Borrell Fontelles, the EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, and NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer.
Ahead of his trip to Brussels Mesic said his visit is aimed at informing the officials of efforts Croatia was making to join Euro-Atlantic associations.
The talks with NATO officials will focus on the continuation of Croatia's cooperation with the Alliance and the participation of Croatian soldiers in NATO international missions.
