Foreign Ministry saidin a statement.
ZAGREB, Feb 18 (Hina) - Croatia's Minister of Foreign Affairs and
European Integration, Kolinda Grabar Kitarovic, on Friday met Hungarian Foreign
Minister Ferenc Somogy, which was her first bilateral meeting at her new post,
the Croatian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.The two ministers expressed satisfaction with the very good overall
relations between the two countries.
The Hungarian minister mentioned Croatian Prime Minister Ivo Sanader's
recent visit to Budapest, which he said confirmed the successful relations
between the two countries.
Grabar Kitarovic thanked Somogy for Hungary's permanent support to
Croatia's bid to join the EU and informed him about efforts Croatia was making
to meet requirements for the start of membership talks, the statement said.
