BELGRADE/VIENNA/BERLIN, Jan 16 (Hina) - Around 800 Croatian citizenscast their ballots by 11 am in out-of-country voting for Croatia'spresident at seven polling stations in Serbia and Montenegro, which isa significantly higher number
than in the first election round onJanuary 2, officials at the Croatian Embassy in Belgrade told Hina.
BELGRADE/VIENNA/BERLIN, Jan 16 (Hina) - Around 800 Croatian citizens
cast their ballots by 11 am in out-of-country voting for Croatia's president at
seven polling stations in Serbia and Montenegro, which is a significantly
higher number than in the first election round on January 2, officials at the
Croatian Embassy in Belgrade told Hina.Increased interest in the elections was reported in Subotica and Sombor.
The elections are proceeding normally and are monitored by members of the OSCE
Mission to Croatia.
Around 1,200 voters, twice as many as in the first election round, cast
their votes by 1 pm at polling stations in seven Austrian cities. The number of
voters is expected to double by the end of the day.
A total of 5,440 voters cast their ballots by noon at 15 polling
stations in Germany.
