ZAGREB, Jan 2 (Hina) - Croatia's presidential elections are observed bysome 1,000 observers of the GONG non-governmental organisation atpolling stations across Croatia, while some 60 mobile teams ofobservers are visiting polling stations in all countries, GONGreported on Sunday.

GONG officials said that the voting process by 10.00 hours was held in a tolerant and democratic atmosphere.

All polling stations were opened on time.

GONG observers are also monitoring the elections in Croatia's diplomatic and consular officers in Graz, Vienna, Berlin, Livno, Siroki Brijef and The Hague.
